What should I do if something from my order is missing?
Please contact our customer service at orders@homeandearthshop.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package.
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact customer service at orders@homeandearthshop.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not used), and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 24 hours.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account here by entering your name, email, and a password of your choice.
I don't see a refund on my credit card. What should I do now?
It typically takes 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at orders@homeandearthshop.com with your name, order number, tracking return information, and the items you returned. We will respond within 24 hours.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Where does Home & Earth ship to?
We ship to all 50 states.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship oversized items?
We do not ship oversized orders like carpets. Larger order orders are available for in-store pick up or local delivery (20mi radius) only.
Can all your products be shipped?
All carpets and food related products are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up in-store or delivered locally (50mi radius).
My order contains some items that can be shipped and some that can only be picked up in-store. How is my order processed?
You must place separate orders for items that can be shipped and items for pick up only. If you have any questions, please contact us at orders@homeandearthshop.com.
What is the return policy?
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Step 1: The original tags are still attached.
- Step 2: The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.
- Step 3: Initiate the return within 14 business days of receiving your items by sending a return inquiry using the Contact Page.
- Step 4: You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label within 48 business hours via email that will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Step 5: Return the item(s) within 10 business days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label and receive refund.

Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at orders@homeandearthshop.com with any requests.
How do I track my order once it is placed?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
