Glazed in a vibrant turquoise, the artist’s signature color, this bowl is hand etched with a traditional geometric design, a nearly lost art the maker revitalized in his quest to keep the ancient traditions of his native Istalif alive both in Afghanistan and now here in the US.

Beautiful Bowls
I love these bowls!! They are an organic shape with a beautiful simple design. The perfect size for pasta or salad.
A friend and I attended the gingerbread house decorating class at the store and had a great time. The store not only provided the supplies for the class but offered snacks and drinks as well. The shop has a great selection of items for gifts or home. I'll definately be returning.
Amidst my demanding holiday season this evening was the moment of pause I needed. Every little detail was thought of and appreciated. My husband and I look forward to making this class a yearly tradition. We are so very lucky to have something as special as Home & Earth in our orbit!
I love mixing and matching the different colors of Les Ottomans ikat glasses on the table. It makes a vibrant tablescape. For Mardi Gras, I use green and yellow with lavender napkins. I add in turquoise glasses for a tropical look in the summer, and green is nice at Christmas.
